Village Board Meetings
May 14, 2012 Village Board Meetings are at 7:00 PM on the first Monday of each month at Lumbard Hall, 100 North Park Row, Clinton, NY. If a Holiday falls on the first Monday of the month the next Board meeting is usually the next day. You may want to contact the Village Office to make sure when the next meeting is.
Village Property Tax Bills
May 14, 2012 The 2012-2013 Village Property Tax Bills will be mailed out to Village property homeowners approximately June 1, 2012. 2011-2012 Tax Rate was $7.52 per thousand. 2012-2013 Tax Rate is $7.60 which is an increase of 1%. Payments will be accepted throughout the month of June and on Monday, July 2, 2012. If payment is received after July 2, 2012 a late fee will be added. Office hours are listed on the tax bill. Water Rates:
Inside the Village: $19.50 per 1,000 cu. feet of water used. Outside the Village: $39.00 per 1,000 cu. feet of water used. (One cu. foot of water = 7.481 gallons)
Sewer Rates:
Inside or Outside Village: $36.00 per 1000 cu. feet *sewer use is based on water use
Flat Rate Sewer = $200 every 6 months *for residences that are on wells

July 15, 2011 The NYS Route 12B Corridor Study is Final. This Study is available for review at the Village of Clinton's office or the Kirkland Town Library.
Building Permits
February 10, 2011 Building Permit paperwork is available on this Web Site. Please check the Zoning Law (also available on this Web Site) to see if a permit is required. Permits are required for fences, swimming pools and building demolition or removal plus more. |
